This backyard started as a small patio and mostly lawn that sloped down to a neighborhood lake. The client wanted us to make more usable outdoor space for both entertaining and just sitting out watching the ducks. We enlarged the patio using native flagstone. A system of two walls was installed that created a lawn patio. Enough room was left on both sides of the property for large beds of grasses and perennials.
