Six times a year we stop by and take care of everything in your landscape except mowing and trimming large shade trees. It includes the Fertilization Service plus the following:
All shrubs will be inspected and trimmed when appropriate. Shrubs that bloom on new growth will not be trimmed until they are finished blooming. Spent blooms will be cut back. Shrubs that are in stress will be treated with compost and other soil amendments.
Early in the year, weeds , volunteer plants, leaves and debris will be removed from all planting beds.
Perennials and grasses will be cut back and 2-3 inches of finely shredded hardwood mulch will be applied. Beds will be weeded on each visit and any spent perennials will be cut back.
Rose and Flower Food will be applied to all flowering plants and shrubs and Azalea Food will be applied to azleas and gardenias three times per year.
Each visit an audit will be done on your sprinkler system to insure proper coverage and that the heads are operational (crew will need access to control box). If repairs are needed, we will give a bid for basic repairs. If extensive repairs or modification are needed we can give a reference.
The Director of GardenMaintain will inspect your property and give additional guidance to the crew as appropriate.
